Framework: Streamlit was used to create a lightweight yet powerful front-end that feels snappy and simple.
Review Fetching: We integrated SerpAPI to fetch live Google Maps reviews in real-time, based on any business name you enter.
Natural Replies: The real magic happens with OpenAI’s GPT-4o, which analyzes each review and writes a warm, appropriate reply.
Smart Failover: Ran out of API credits? ReviewAgent detects that too — and shows a friendly “App under maintenance” message instead of breaking the app. ✨ Polished UX = happy users.
Output Format: Replies are exported to a downloadable CSV so you can integrate it with your CRM or scheduling tools.
The entire app is self-contained .... no uploading CSVs, no technical setup. Just type your business name and hit go.
